Good food, but needs some work
We had a fam trip and the leisure facilities were pretty cool! The food was delish at dinner and breakfast. The gin menu was a nice touch. the room was a bit shabby and I had to chase reception to get the right room. Wish it was cleaner for a deluxe stay.

The king room sported ample space, offering a nice view of the grounds and was reasonably equipped for a comfortable stay. This place presents a good option for those looking for a quiet spot away from bustling city life.
The leisure facilities were locked down until the evening, making it a hassle to access them after a day of travel. The breakfast spread felt lackluster, with only the basic orange juice and plain sliced bread, not really cutting it for the price tagged on the stay. lockers in the changing rooms had multiple locks malfunctioning, which was a bit inconvenient.

During my stay, I loved that the hotel was a short walk from Montpellier Gardens, which offered stunning views and lovely paths for strolling, and I also enjoyed how easily I could reach the Wilson, a fantastic museum that showcases local art and history.

Staff were consistently friendly and the breakfast offered great variety. the maintenance of the facilities, particularly the gym and pool, really needs addressing. Décor throughout the hotel felt dated, affecting the overall atmosphere. With some updates, it could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Amazing birthday surprise!
Our stay was just awesome! The room was spacious, super comfy, and spotless. They surprised me with birthday cakes and decorated the bed with petals, which made my day extra special. The breakfast had a great variety, too. Only bummer was I lost my wedding ring there. a memorable experience!

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We visited the Everyman Theatre for a show and spent a day at the nearby golf course. The hotel’s location is perfect. beautiful gardens and a lovely restaurant made our experience unforgettable. Don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet. it was amazing!
One downside was the lack of elevators. With heavy bags, it was a challenge getting to our room on the top floor.
